Please note that by using LORI HABERKORN you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

Privacy policy
Any information you give to LORI HABERKORN will be handled with the utmost care. We will only use the information provided lawfully. We will only email you in the future if it is directly relevant to an order or if you have signed up to our newsletter. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. Read the privacy policy here.

Shipping
You can find information on the estimated delivery times on the website. Orders placed through the website are shipped with DHL.

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation by email with information on how your order has been dispatched, how the package can be tracked and the expected date of delivery.

If you do not want your Email address to be given to DHL, please send an e-mail to magic@lorihaberkorn.com before ordering.

If you order from Switzerland, you can choose between DHL tracking or Deutsche Post without tracking. With Deutsche Post without tracking, you Email address will not be used for any tracking purposes.

Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods ordered are no longer available. Some products in LORI HABERKORN may not be available immediately but can be pre ordered and will be labeled as such.

Services
No refund, all sales are final, as we create the products individually and especially for you.

Physical Product
If the product doesn’t fit your wishes, you can return it within 14 days. The goods must be unworn (without stains or odors) and in their original condition. Pack the goods securely and close the package carefully. If you still wish to return an item, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your confirmation e-mail at magic@lorihaberkorn.com. Already used products can’t be returned.The customer pays for the return shipping costs.

Cancellation of order (product)
Cancellation of orders have to be made within 24 hours of order confirmation online. A later cancellation may not be possible, since we endeavor to ship the goods immediately.

Cancellation of order (services)
Cancellation of orders of services (e.g. Events, Coaching, Birth Chart Readings, Tarot Readings, Mentoring Programs, Mission Masterclass …) have to be made within two week before appointment. Cancellation less than one week will not be refunded.
Except travel expenses (e.g. booked flights, hotel, taxi …) can NOT be refunded.
